Food Connect is a dynamic, social and environmental business set up to respond to climbing energy and water prices, rural social decline and foods massive ecological footprint / contribution to Global Warming.
The business concept is based on the Community Shared Agriculture (CSA) principles of mutual commitment, fair remuneration and sharing/ minimising the risk and advantages of food production
Food Connect does this by collaborating with more than 100 local farmers in a partnership that allows them to farm sustainably whilst we facilitate an affordable delivery of their produce & products to city / urban based customers (families). We put the farmers face on food.
